ATHENS

This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guides take you to see the most important aspects of the city center.


This trip starts at midnight and the tour includes Constitution Square (Syntagma), the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier, and the National Library. Driving down Herod Atticus Street, you will see the Evzones in their picturesque uniforms and the Presidential Palace. On your way to the Acropolis, you will view Hadrian’s Arch, visit the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and make a short stop at the Panathinaiko Stadium, where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896.

The visit to the Acropolis includes some of the most magnificent architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age, including the Propylaea, the basis of the Temple of Athena Nike(since the temple itself has been disassembled and is being restored), the Erechtheion, and finally, the Parthenon, a true synthesis of the harmony between material and spirit.  In order to leave this spirit of ancient ages, you will have free time to walk in Plaka area and shop at the traditional small shops souvenirs. On the way back,  we stop to Thermopylae and late at night is our arrival toi the starting point.

MOUNT ATHOS

Mount Athos was officially established in 963, when a monk named Athanasios the Athonite built the Monastery of the Great Lavra. However, anchorites had been living at the northern end of the Athos peninsula since the middle of the ninth century. In the centuries that followed, twenty monasteries were built, together with a number of smaller communities.

We will drive to the Ormos Panagias, where we will embark on a small boat. The cruise will take us along the western coast of Mount Athos. While sailing, you will have the opportunity to view and photograph Europe's most unique Monks' Republic with it's impressive Byzantine Monasteries. To this day, 1700 monks still live under strict rule on the Holy Mountain.

Upon returning to Ouranoupolis, there will be some time at leisure for a swim or to shop, before we depart for our return trip. We arrive back late at evening.

THESSALONIKI

This superb tour of Thessaloniki is an excellent way to get to know the city, with our professional, knowledgeable guide to lead the way.

We include some of the most memorable and important sights, such as the White Tower, the city's important landmark. We'll explore the exhibition grounds, Galerius Arch, the Rotonda Monument, the Citadel, and many more important spots and monuments.

We will stop at the City Walls, from where you have a marvelous view of Thessaloniki. We will also visit St. Dimitrios Byzantine church, and we'll take a walk along one of the most famous seaside promenades in the country, lined with many cafes and restaurants. The trip ends at evening.

METEORA

Meteora is an area in Thessaly (central Greece)  and Kalampaka is the city under the rock towers of Meteora. The thing that makes Meteora so special is the monasteries on the top of the rock towers. The monasteries, the amount of peaks to climb and the paths for hiking brings many tourists to Meteora all year round.  The Greek word Meteora means ''suspended in the air''. The conglomerate rock at Meteora has eroded into fantastic peaks upon which medieval monks built monasteries, several of which are still alive.  To this trip, you will visit two of the monasteries and on your way back you will have time to visit Tempi Valley. Your arrival to the departure place will be at evening.  

SKIATHOS

In the Sporades group, Skiathos is the smallest in size, yet has the largest tourist infrastructure, and attracts the largest number of visitors to this part of the Aegean. The island encompasses approximately 48 square kilometers of pine-covered low hills, with a main road running in a southerly direction from the east coast all the way around to the west coast, to about midpoint on the island.  Starting with a cruise that has also a folklore show on the boat with traditional Greek dances, this excursion will offer you some of the Aegean’s beauty. On the island of Skiathos, you will visit the church of Agios Nikolaos and the house of Papadiamantis, one of the most famous greek literary man. You will have time to walk in the capital of Skiathos for shopping and of course to taste greek specialties. Now it’s time to swim in one of the most famous beach of Skiathos, therefore the most crowded. It is well-known for its extremely fine white sand and its fragrant pine trees forest from which the region took its name. It is considered as the most unspoiled natural beach of the Mediterranean and is a protected environment. A biotope can be found in the pine forest boarding the beach where different species of plants and birds are protected; this place, as well as the beach, is developed for ecotourism, financed by the Municipality and the European Union.  Our trip ends late at night.

GREEK NIGHT

A wonderful night full of greek tastes, wine  and of course dance! This is a special program organized in a big music hall and includes: Traditional dinner with personal salad, desert and unlimited wine. Dancing groups will present to you traditional dances and bouzouki music will escort our night and of course we will dance together Syrtaki as Zorbas the Greek!!! Cheers!

Mount Olympus – Platamon Castle – Old Panteleimon

Departure in the morning towards Mount Olympus, the highest mountain in Greece. In Greek mythology it was regarded as “home of the 12 Olympian gods”. It’s highest peak is called Mytikas (2918,8 m). Mount Olympus is noted for its very rich flora and fauna with several endemic species. Our first stop is in Litochoro, which took the name City of Gods, because of its location on the roots of the Olympus mountain. From there we will have a little walk, through the Enipeas Canyon till the Cascade of  Zeus. On our way back we will have a little stop in Litochoro and we continue by visiting the Monastery of St. Dionysios. After that we will visit the Byzantine Castle of Platamonas, situated on the southeast of the Prefecture of Pieria. Our final stop is the Old Village of Panteleimonas, situated on a slope of Olympus with an exceptional view over the Thermaic gulf, where you can admire the traditional houses, built out of stone and wood. We will have lunch in one of the typical tavernas of the village. Finally we will return from our journey in the early afternoon.

Pirate Cruise

This is an excursion with lots of fun for young and old. You will embark on a little ship and cruise parallel to the coast of the Olympus Riviera. A day with lots of greek music, greek food and Ouzo. You will debark on a lonesome beach and have the opportunity to swim in the waters of Pieria.
Return of the journey in the afternoon.

WATERLAND

This trip will enjoy the children and will make the adults to remember their childhood.  We will visit the only one water park in the northern part of Greece.  Different kind of slides and pools for all ages, as wave pool, pirate’s island, multi slides and more, offers you an unforgettable stay in that park. We return at the evening full of joy!

Thassos Island

Departure early in the morning towards Kavala. In Keramoti we will embark on the Ferry boat to the Island of Thassos. Thassos is an island situated in the gulf of Kavala, in Northern Greece and is also called “The green island” because of its rich vegetation. In antiquity, it was well known for its gold mines, its marbles and the excellent wine.
During our roundtrip of the island, we will visit Limenas (the capital of Thassos)  with its ancient agora and the museum, the Monastery of Archangelos, a modern jewelry workshop and we will have the opportunity to relax at one of the famous beaches of Thassos. The re-embarkation will be in the afternoon and we will be back late at night.
